Xenen, the library world of Warlord Vertil Dargan, is ruled by a planetary governor named Winston Kiel. The climate tends toward the cooler end of temperate with slight seasonal changes. Major cities include Vendra, Quis, Had Addan, and the capital of Novis. The world was originally a colony under the Old Republic with men and women from the Coreworlds of Corellia, Coruscant, Kuat, Alderaan, Duro, Corulag, Chandrila, and Brentaal, among others. The current denizens are mostly human with some pockets of non-humans in the outlying regions.

treasure trove of knowledge regarding the Kartuiin Sector. Currently based
there are several divisions of the Aurora Force, including the two main wings
and Aurora Special Forces as well as several other military units.

Novis is the capital of Xenen, set on the fertile flood plain of the Ashkar River, and grew out of an agricultural trading post into a bustling city filled with commerce, educational opportunities, and industry. It is the location of Xenen University-Novis and the Dargan School of Military Science. The areas surrounding Novis still remain largely agricultural in usage.
Vendra is the next major city nearest to Novis. It serves as a small spaceport but is largely a industrial and agricultural center.
Had Addan is a tundra city and is the gateway to the Northern Reaches which support some of the most amazing geological and unusual animal life on the Rim. Hence, Had Addan is a trade center and spaceport as well as a major scientific outpost. It is home to Xenen University-Had Addan which boasts a reputation for the finest place for the studies of zoology, biology, and geology in that area of the Rim.
Quis, the mountain stronghold set in the heart of the Kinvou Valley, is home to the Library of Serah, named for the long-dead wife of Warlord Vertil Dargan. It is the greatest repository of knowledge about the Kartuiin Sector anywhere, surpassing even the Imperial Library on Coruscant in volumes concerning the area as well as possessing some major historical documents from the Core, brought by colonists under the Old Republic. It is the home to Serah University, one of the Kartuiin Sector's premier private colleges.
Other cities, including Osiris, Berenebor, Pormyst, San Insia, and Yist, are industrial and agricultural centers. Most major cities are found on the main continent, called Calder. Yist and San Insia are port cities, Osiris and Berenebor spaceports, and Pormyst is an outpost on the continent of Uriv, where major expansion is taking place.
Xenen is currently ruled by a legislature from Novis.
